What kind of river are you? Are you old or new? A slow, meandering river, a lazy river, or a wild, white-water river? Do you run deep or are you shallow? Do you water those around you or have you dried up? Are you a seasonal river or do you continuously flow? What is your source?
Those connected to Me in true fellowship and intimacy will have a never ending flow from My throne, My River of Life. When you are connected to Me I will take you to the deepest places of the river. I will take you on the heights of the crashing waves. You will bring forth My life wherever you flow because you are connected to Me, the Source of all life. For in Me you live and move in the River of Life.
The River of Life flowing from My throne is bringing healing to the nations. It is rerouting and cutting through the hard rock and sediment that has built up. It is refreshing the dry hard ground and bringing new life again. Everywhere My River flows My glory is being released.
So I ask again, what kind of river are you? Are you a pure vessel that I can flow through? For I pour in so that you can pour out, not so you can become a lake unto yourself. Therefore, come and let Me fill you to overflowing so that everything the River touches comes to life. For that is what you were created for, to bring healing to the nations, to water the dead dry places, and to bring them to the Author of Life.

19 I am doing something brand new, something unheard of. Even now it sprouts and grows and matures. Don’t you perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and open up flowing streams in the desert.
20 Wild beasts, jackals, and owls will glorify me. For I supply streams of water in the desert and rivers in the wilderness to satisfy the thirst of my people, my chosen ones, 21 so that you, whom I have shaped and formed for myself, will proclaim my praise.

God has a constantly flowing river whose sparkling streams bring joy and delight to his people. His river flows right through the city of God Most High, into his holy dwelling places.

1 Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, flowing with water clear as crystal, continuously pouring out from the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 The river was flowing in the middle of the street of the city, and on either side of the river was the Tree of Life, with its twelve kinds of ripe fruit according to each month of the year. The leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations.
