So a little about me...

I am married to John, who is one of the hardest working people I know! He also plays hard and loves his family. Speaking of family, we have 5 adult children, and our middle son is married, so now we have 6! Our newest addition to the family is their sweet little girl. We are so blessed! We also have an exotic short-haired cat named Belle. She is a diva, and I am convinced she is part dog! She is quite bossy and keeps us entertained.

I love to worship Him through creative dance. Psalm149 is one of my favorites. I also play the flute, mostly just for fun during my worship times. I am an avid reader. I can never keep up with all of my books! I'm forever adding another title to my wish list. I also love history and traveling. My dream is for John and I to take a trip to Israel some day.

There is no person I am more in love with than Jesus! He is my everything! That's why I do what I do. He is completely transforming my life in every area and I just want to know Him more and more. That's why I get up in the morning. He's the reason I live. At the end of the day, intimacy with Him is my lifelong quest. I can never get enough of Jesus! And to think this life is only the beginning...

My Tears

If you first met me, you may think, I am like Mary who sat at His feet. On closer

inspection, you would come to see, I’m more like the woman who washed his feet.

With tears I poured out my sins and cares. He assured me all He would gladly bear.

We met at the Cross where He gave me His life. I gave Him mine, full of sin and

strife. So humbly I share the gifts He has given, so you, too, will discover His love,

His heaven. It’s all I have. It’s all I can give. The life I have left, I choose to live,

for the One who rescued me from death. I’ll give Him my all; all that is left.

Luke 7:47-48 Good News Translation (GNT)
I tell you, then, the great love she has shown proves that her many sins have been forgiven. But whoever has been forgiven little shows only a little love. Then Jesus said to the woman, Your sins are forgiven.
