Honoring one another, even above yourself, is My kingdom culture. None of you deserve anything that I have provided for you. Since you have been forgiven much, shouldn't you offer grace even more freely? Lack of gratitude, and seeing another's debt without remembering your own, fuels this attitude. Repent and have a change of heart! Freely you have received, freely give!
I am a righteous and merciful judge. Don't you want to see others walking in freedom? Continue to offer grace to those that you deem undeserving, for you were once dead in your sins. Remember where I found you, yet I did not turn away. I continued wooing you tenderly, extending My love to you over and over again. I alone know how long it takes for a heart to respond.
Be merciful for you have been shown mercy. Won’t you throw someone the life-preserver when they are sinking? For you have the life preserver that they need. They just don’t know it yet.
Hosea 2:14-15 The Message (MSG)
14-15 “And now, here’s what I’m going to do: I’m going to start all over again.
I’m taking her back out into the wilderness where we had our first date, and I’ll court her.
I’ll give her bouquets of roses. I’ll turn Heartbreak Valley into Acres of Hope.
She’ll respond like she did as a young girl, those days when she was fresh out of Egypt.
1 Chronicles 21:13 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
David said to Gad, “I am in trouble! I don’t want some man to decide my punishment. The Lord is very merciful, so let him decide how to punish me.”
Matthew 9:12-13 Living Bible (TLB)
12 “Because people who are well don’t need a doctor! It’s the sick people who do!” was Jesus’ reply. 13 Then he added, “Now go away and learn the meaning of this verse of Scripture,
‘It isn’t your sacrifices and your gifts I want—I want you to be merciful.’
For I have come to urge sinners, not the self-righteous, back to God.”
