My mercies are new every morning. Great is My faithfulness to you! Come before Me again, in humility and brokenness for your sins. Ask Me to give you a heart of flesh and remove the heart of stone. Ask Me to heal the woundedness in your heart and soul, for I do see it. Bring it to the Cross and ask Me to apply the blood of My Son to it. Do this each and every time you feel the urge to defend yourself or respond in a sinful manner. I will not despise you for such honesty. I am here to help you grow up into the fullness of Christ in you, the hope of glory. Remember that I said I must have pure vessels to flow through. Can you see how defiled things would become if I poured My oil into a vessel that is not thoroughly consecrated unto Me? I know you do, but you are still afraid. Little one, you must become childlike, entrusting your care to Me. I will not abuse you! I am not out to destroy you--only your sinful, fleshly, carnal nature! That is not the real you. You are used to responding out of your pain, instead of trusting Me to help you to put this fleshly, carnal nature to death. I will go with you to the Cross each time you receive My loving conviction. It is always for your good.

We will not be people who are always changing like a ship that the waves carry one way and then another. We will not be influenced by every new teaching we hear from people who are trying to deceive us—those who make clever plans and use every kind of trick to fool others into following the wrong way.
