CAST NO STONE

Only those with a  religious spirit cast stones. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. There is freedom to be yourself the way I created you to be. Not only is there freedom to succeed, there is freedom to fail. Where there is true freedom, you can get back up, pick up the pieces, and try again. I will most certainly cheer you on.

Therefore, let freedom be the hallmark of My people. Love sets you free because it covers. It is not out to expose, but to lift up so that you become the best you. Be kind, loving and forgiving in your quest for freedom, for yourself and for others. Always remember that sanctification is a process. I was patient with you, so take care to be patient with others on their journey to freedom. You that are wise, be the first to come alongside, helping them up and showing them the path to freedom once again.

John 8:6-11 The Message (MSG)

6-8 Jesus bent down and wrote with his finger in the dirt. They kept at him, badgering him. He straightened up and said, “The sinless one among you, go first: Throw the stone.” Bending down again, he wrote some more in the dirt.

9-10 Hearing that, they walked away, one after another, beginning with the oldest. The woman was left alone. Jesus stood up and spoke to her. “Woman, where are they? Does no one condemn you?”

11 “No one, Master.”

“Neither do I,” said Jesus. “Go on your way. From now on, don’t sin.”

2 Corinthians 3:17 Living Bible (TLB)

The Lord is the Spirit who gives them life, and where he is there is freedom from trying to be saved by keeping the laws of God.

1 Peter 4:8 International Children’s Bible (ICB)

Most importantly, love each other deeply. Love has a way of not looking at others’ sins.

Ephesians 4:32 Living Bible (TLB)

Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God has forgiven you because you belong to Christ.
