My Son came not to be served, but to serve. He modeled love wherever He went. He demonstrated compassion for all those He encountered. This is difficult for the modern mind to comprehend. In a "me first" culture, My Kingdom ways run counterculture. That is why it says, "They shall know you by your love for one another". Loving deeply and having intimate relationships is difficult if there are idols in your heart.
Not all things are bad, but even good things can get in the way of love. Therefore, allow the refining process to continue, and allow Me to purge those things that get in the way of loving from a pure and sincere heart.
Ask Me what I think of the people that I have placed in your life. Ask Me if there is something I want you to do to show them My love. My love gives even when it hurts, for I am purifying My bride for My Son's return. So love deeply and love sincerely. This is My commandment to love one another. Go and love, and know that I will give you all the grace you need to love well.
