Most of My children only understand My love as a concept or a belief. If you press further, you will find that they have not really experienced My love on the deepest levels that I desire. For I not only want to be known intellectually, but I want to be known experientially. I also want to know You. That is why the psalmist penned "search me and know me". He did not want anything to come between us so that we could experience communion and intimacy at the highest level.
So many settle for being an acquaintance, but refuse to come close. Like the Israelites, they prefer to remain at a distance. Instead, be like Moses who risked it all to know Me and see Me face to face. Like Moses, I will hide you in the Rock. You will be safe in My love. Come close, My child, and let Me know you.
