Children believe that they can do anything. They see the possibilities, not the impossibilities. They have no reason to doubt that what they believe will not come to pass. Unfortunately, many, if not most of My people, have lost their sense of wonder in who I am. They see Me as distant and far off, unwilling or unable to intervene on their behalf. Nothing could be further from the truth!
However, what My people do not realize is that faith requires action. When a father tells a child to jump and he will catch them, that child fully expects his father to do that very thing, so they jump! That is how it is supposed to be with you! You are to say what I say, and I then fulfill that spoken word as it is released by faith. If I do not act immediately, it does not mean the answer is no. There are many factors that go into answered prayer. Timing is one of them.
Do not give up, but hold onto faith, hope and love! Claim My promises as yes and amen! Be like the heroes of the Bible who though they did not inherit the promises, lived each day expecting to! They fought courageously, and contended for the fulfillment of the promises so that you would reap the benefit. Whether you see the fulfillment or not, you are receiving an inheritance for future generations to benefit as well. Therefore, fight with everything that is in you! For surely My promise is that I will be with you wherever you go!
