YOUR TEARS ARE NOTHING TO FEAR

Do not be afraid of tears for they are your silent prayers. They carry sadness, grief, and joy, and need to be released. When they come and you do not know why, do not be dismayed. They are like a pressure release valve, opening up the deep things trapped in your soul. Allow them to come to the surface, for they are not a sign of weakness, but a sign that you are alive.

Do not be afraid to be vulnerable, for that is what this world needs to see; real people that express their true selves in an authentic manner. People want to know what to do with their emotions. So many have tried to suppress their emotions instead of bringing them to Me. I am the only One that knows your heart and soul. I am the only One that can touch and minister to the deepest places within you. Come close, My love, and let Me touch you again. Your emotions do not surprise Me, so come near into My heart of love where I will bring comfort to your soul.

Psalm 38:9 The Passion Translation (TPT)

Lord, you know all my desires and deepest longings.

My tears are liquid words and you can read them all.

Psalm 84:5-7 The Passion Translation (TPT)

5 How enriched are they who find their strength in the Lord;

within their hearts are the highways of holiness!

6 Even when their paths wind through the dark valley of tears,

they dig deep to find a pleasant pool where others find only pain.

He gives to them a brook of blessing

filled from the rain of an outpouring.

7 They grow stronger and stronger with every step forward,

and the God of all gods will appear before them in Zion.

Psalm 116:7-9 The Passion Translation (TPT)

7 Now I can say to myself and to all,

“Relax and rest, be confident and serene,

for the Lord rewards fully those who simply trust in him.”

8 God has rescued my soul from death’s fear

and dried my eyes of many tears.

He’s kept my feet firmly on his path

9 and strengthened me so that I may please him

and live my life before him in his life-giving light.

Psalm 126:4-6 The Passion Translation (TPT)

4 Now, Lord, do it again! Restore us to our former glory!

May streams of your refreshing flow over us

until our dry hearts are drenched again.

5 Those who sow their tears as seeds

will reap a harvest with joyful shouts of glee.

6 They may weep as they go out carrying their seed to sow,

but they will return with joyful laughter and shouting with gladness

as they bring back armloads of blessing and a harvest overflowing!
