You say you want more. So do I! I am the King of the heavens and the earth! You are My chosen ones. I have sent you to take your cities for My Kingdom. My heart breaks over the lost and hurting people who have yet to hear about My love and mercy.
Think big. Think expansion. Think outside of your four walls. Though I love to gather with you, touch and bless you, I long for you to take My love to others and touch them, too. Whether it's family, friends, or those you work or go to school with, take the time to release My love and compassion over them.
This is not a "bless me" club. What you have received is meant to be given away so that I can pour more in and through you. I always have more to give you. It is not wrong to want more; it is wrong to keep it to yourself. Otherwise, you will become stagnant. Instead, pour into others and I will pour more into you. Enlarge your tent pegs. There is always room for more.
Isaiah 54:1-3 The Message (MSG)
1-3 “Sing, barren woman, who has never had a baby. Fill the air with song, you who’ve never experienced childbirth! You’re ending up with far more children than all those childbearing women.” God says so! “Clear lots of ground for your tents! Make your tents large. Spread out! Think big! Use plenty of rope, drive the tent pegs deep. You’re going to need lots of elbow room for your growing family. You’re going to take over whole nations; you’re going to resettle abandoned cities.
Nehemiah 2:3-5 Contemporary English Version (CEV)
3 I answered, “Your Majesty, I hope you live forever! I feel sad because the city where my ancestors are buried is in ruins, and its gates have been burned down.” 4 The king asked, “What do you want me to do?” I prayed to the God who rules from heaven. 5 Then I told the king, “Sir, if it’s all right with you, please send me back to Judah, so that I can rebuild the city where my ancestors are buried.”
Proverbs 11:10-11 Contemporary English Version (CEV)
10 When honest people prosper and the wicked disappear, the whole city celebrates.
11 When God blesses his people, their city prospers, but deceitful liars can destroy a city.
