RIGHTEOUSNESS AND JUSTICE

True freedom comes from following My ways. For My ways are based on My truth, My justice, and My righteousness. Whenever justice is perverted, it is due to straying from My righteous judgments. Have I not said "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil?”

There can be no place for tolerance of evil in My people's lives. My people perish for lack of knowledge. Who longs for truth? Who longs for justice? Why is there such tolerance for evil? For a little leaven affects the whole batch of dough.

Tolerance for one sin leads to tolerance of others until justice is perverted. I have said to be holy as I am holy because you are a people set apart to show My glory to the world. Therefore, come out from among them and purify yourselves.

Let Me cleanse you and give you eyes to see so that you can administer true justice for those without a voice. For everyone must give an account. Conduct your affairs with love, kindness, compassion, truth and justice. For I reward those who stand for truth and justice. Represent Me well, My children!

Isaiah 5:20 Amplified Bible (AMP)

Woe (judgment is coming) to those who call evil good, and good evil;

Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;

Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

Psalm 82:2-4 Amplified Bible (AMP)

2 How long will you judge unjustly

And show partiality to the wicked? Selah.

3 Vindicate the weak and fatherless;

Do justice and maintain the rights of the afflicted and destitute.

4 Rescue the weak and needy;

Rescue them from the hand of the wicked.

Deuteronomy 16:18-20 Amplified Bible (AMP)

18 “You shall appoint judges and officers in all your cities (gates) which the Lord your God is giving you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment. 19 You shall not distort justice; you shall not be partial, and you shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous. 20 You shall pursue justice, and only justice [that which is uncompromisingly righteous], so that you may live and take possession of the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
