Proclaim the year of jubilee! For I long to restore the fortunes of My people! I am setting the captives free. Everything that has been stolen, lost and forfeited to the enemy must be paid back! For I am a God of justice and the scales have tipped in favor of the saints of the most high God.
I have been watching over My Word to perform it. I am not lax or slow in keeping My promises, for I hold time in My hands. I know the end from the beginning and all of My Word will be fulfilled. I am restoring all things unto Myself.
This is a time to shout for joy and rejoice in the salvation of your God! For I am restoring the fortunes of Zion! You will plunder the enemy camp! I have reserved it for you, so enjoy the spoils of war, My people! You have the victory and the booty is yours! Advance and do not retreat, but proclaim the year of jubilee! For surely you shall recover all!

10 For the fiftieth year shall be holy, a time to proclaim liberty throughout the land to all enslaved debtors, and a time for the canceling of all public and private debts. It shall be a year when all the family estates sold to others shall be returned to the original owners or their heirs.
11 “What a happy year it will be! In it you shall not sow, nor gather crops nor grapes; 12 for it is a holy Year of Jubilee for you. That year your food shall be the volunteer crops that grow wild in the fields.
