PRAY IN THE HOLY SPIRIT

You have a secret weapon. It is the gift of My Spirit baptism. The enemy fears My body discovering and using this gift. This is why there is such division in My church, causing strife and confusion. For the enemy knows when My people understand this revelation, that "all of heaven will break loose" against him. Therefore, I am opening up the eyes of understanding for My children.

When you use this gift, you are speaking My language, a language that is encrypted so that the enemy cannot understand the mysteries that you are praying. It is torture to his ears, because he knows that you are praying My perfect will. If you understood this, you would pray in the Spirit more often.

Though you may feel foolish, it is the foolish things that I use to confound the wise. So pray boldly because you are pulling down strongholds. Release My words for surely they will never return to Me void, but will accomplish all that I desire.

2 Timothy 2:23-24 Amplified Bible (AMP)

23 But have nothing to do with foolish and ignorant speculations [useless disputes over unedifying, stupid controversies], since you know that they produce strife and give birth to quarrels. 24 The servant of the Lord must not participate in quarrels, but must be kind to everyone [even-tempered, preserving peace, and he must be], skilled in teaching, patient and tolerant when wronged.

Ephesians 6:18 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

Pray at all times in the Spirit with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints.

Jude 20 Modern English Version (MEV)

But you, beloved, build yourselves up in your most holy faith. Pray in the Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 14:2 Modern English Version (MEV)

For he who speaks in an unknown tongue does not speak to men, but to God. For no one understands him, although in the spirit, he speaks mysteries.

1 Corinthians 14:13-17 The Message (MSG)

13-17 So, when you pray in your private prayer language, don’t hoard the experience for yourself. Pray for the insight and ability to bring others into that intimacy. If I pray in tongues, my spirit prays but my mind lies fallow, and all that intelligence is wasted. So what’s the solution? The answer is simple enough. Do both. I should be spiritually free and expressive as I pray, but I should also be thoughtful and mindful as I pray. I should sing with my spirit, and sing with my mind. If you give a blessing using your private prayer language, which no one else understands, how can some outsider who has just shown up and has no idea what’s going on know when to say “Amen”? Your blessing might be beautiful, but you have very effectively cut that person out of it.
