PRAY FOR YOUR ENEMIES

Your enemy goes about like a lion, seeking his prey. His time is short and his rage knows no bounds, but remember it is Me that he rages against. You must completely surrender your battles to Me. Do what I say to do for you have no real control. I will not leave you defenseless. Even when things do not seem to be working according to your plan, I am still in control. I am the righteous Judge, so trust Me to make everything work out for good according to My purposes.

Continue to pray and make intercession for yourself and your family, and yes, even your enemies. Forgive them, for they truly do not know that they are being used by the enemy. They are being held captive to do his will. Pray for their freedom. Try to see them as people that I sent My Son to die for. You were once lost, too. Aren't you glad that someone prayed for you?

The enemy knows the impact of your prayers, especially when you pray in the Spirit. Don't stop now. You have the opportunity to impact more people than you know. Remember, it's the power of one, so leave a legacy of prayer.

1 Peter 5:8 Living Bible (TLB)

Be careful—watch out for attacks from Satan, your great enemy. He prowls around like a hungry, roaring lion, looking for some victim to tear apart.

Luke 6:27-28 Living Bible (TLB)

27 “Listen, all of you. Love your enemies. Do good to those who hate you. 28 Pray for the happiness of those who curse you; implore God’s blessing on those who hurt you.

Romans 8:26-27 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

26 In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; 27 and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
