Trust Me for the relationships that you long for. Do not be afraid to risk loving and being loved. For when you play it safe, and try to guard yourself from pain, you actually create the very pain you long to avoid. You must give up control. I am not telling you to give your heart away to everyone, but I am saying that if you try to hide from love, you will find yourself growing cold and cynical. For it is in risking, and yes, even being hurt by others, that you will grow in grace towards others.
You are part of the body of Christ, and you were meant to be joined together, building one another up in faith. Yes, others will fail you, as you will them. This is part of life. Learn to flow in grace, and I will give you the wisdom to discern in your relationships. There are safe people out there who are to be part of your journey, but you will never know them if you refuse to take a risk. Ask Me for divine connections and I will lead you to people that will help you grow.
Not only do others have what you need, but you, too, have gifts to offer them. Give others grace for surely they will fail you from time to time as you will them. It is not the end of the world when they do. Turn to Me and offer your heart on the altar. I will touch you and heal you. I will give you the grace to love others. I will give you the wisdom to discern. I will keep you safe in My love. Take a risk again, My love, and reach out to others with My love. I will be there to help you, for I am a friend that sticks closer than a brother.
Job 42:10 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

Proverbs 17:17 The Voice (VOICE)
A true friend loves regardless of the situation, and a real brother exists to share the tough times.
2 Samuel 1:26 The Message (MSG)
O my dear brother Jonathan, I’m crushed by your death. Your friendship was a miracle-wonder, love far exceeding anything I’ve known—or ever hope to know.
