Testify of My goodness and My faithfulness to others, especially the next generation. They need to hear the stories of how I have brought victory in your life. In times gone past, oral traditions were the norm. Family and community gatherings were where stories were told.
Each generation has the opportunity to tell their story to the next. What will your legacy be? One of fear, disappointment, hopelessness? Or will you be one of the few that believes the good report of the Lord? Will you pass on the promises that I have spoken and recall the great feats I have done on your behalf? Or will you focus on the disappointments? The choice is up to you. You have more control than you realize. Yes, I am sovereign, but I have also given you a free will.
Therefore, let Me examine your heart and show you where you need to come into alignment with My Word. Regardless of your current circumstances, you have a choice on what you meditate on. Choose this day whom you will serve. No longer cater to your fleshly thinking, but bring to remembrance once again all that I have done for you and those who have gone before you. These are the stories of faith that bring hope and life to you and the next generation.
