MY MILLENNIALS

WORD TO THE MILLENNIALS:

My millennials will surely rise up and reign. Yes, though they are a lost and confused generation, they long to make their mark in this world. They long to bring order out of chaos and bring dead things to life. They are risk-takers and are not afraid to embrace change.

For that is what they were created for, to bring life where there is death, and bring forth the new thing that I have ordained before time began. Nothing has taken Me by surprise, but do I have a surprise for you! For many expect revival and reformation to come in the old ways of the past, but I am doing a new thing. So do not miss it because it is upon you now.

Make way for the new and open your hearts and arms to the millennials. Give them the freedom to become all that I created them to be, for surely they are made in My image, not yours. They are bold and fearless, and will take back what the enemy has stolen from many generations. So I say again, make way for the millennials! They're coming back!

Romans 4:17-18 The Message (MSG)

17-18 We call Abraham “father” not because he got God’s attention by living like a saint, but because God made something out of Abraham when he was a nobody. Isn’t that what we’ve always read in Scripture, God saying to Abraham, “I set you up as father of many peoples”? Abraham was first named “father” and then became a father because he dared to trust God to do what only God could do: raise the dead to life, with a word make something out of nothing. When everything was hopeless, Abraham believed anyway, deciding to live not on the basis of what he saw he couldn’t do but on what God said he would do. And so he was made father of a multitude of peoples. God himself said to him, “You’re going to have a big family, Abraham!”

Isaiah 43:16-21 The Message (MSG)

16-21 This is what God says,

    the God who builds a road right through the ocean,

    who carves a path through pounding waves,

The God who summons horses and chariots and armies—

    they lie down and then can’t get up;

    they’re snuffed out like so many candles:

“Forget about what’s happened;

    don’t keep going over old history.

Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new.

    It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it?

There it is! I’m making a road through the desert,

    rivers in the badlands.

Wild animals will say ‘Thank you!’

    —the coyotes and the buzzards—

Because I provided water in the desert,

    rivers through the sun-baked earth,

Drinking water for the people I chose,

    the people I made especially for myself,

    a people custom-made to praise me.

Deuteronomy 30:1-6 The Message (MSG)

30 1-5 Here’s what will happen. While you’re out among the nations where God has dispersed you and the blessings and curses come in just the way I have set them before you, and you and your children take them seriously and come back to God, your God, and obey him with your whole heart and soul according to everything that I command you today, God, your God, will restore everything you lost; he’ll have compassion on you; he’ll come back and pick up the pieces from all the places where you were scattered. No matter how far away you end up, God, your God, will get you out of there and bring you back to the land your ancestors once possessed. It will be yours again. He will give you a good life and make you more numerous than your ancestors.

6 God, your God, will cut away the thick calluses on your heart and your children’s hearts, freeing you to love God, your God, with your whole heart and soul and live, really live.
