Remember that your life is just a vapor. In eternity, all of the hardships in this life will pale in comparison to the immeasurable riches and treasures of My Kingdom. You were created for eternity.
Fight the good fight of faith. Consider the cost of following Me. Surrender daily. When you fail, receive My grace and forgiveness. Learn from it and move on. You cannot change the past, so refuse to go back and relive it. I have promised to redeem everything for My purposes.
These are difficult times and I need you completely focused on My Kingdom, not stuck in the past or worrying about the future. I know what you need and when you need it. I will take care of you. I will lead you and guide you with My eye upon you. I will tell you when to turn, when to go straight, when to stop, and when to wait. Only trust Me.

13 Come now [and pay attention to this], you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, and spend a year there and carry on our business and make a profit.” 14 Yet you do not know [the least thing] about what may happen in your life tomorrow. [What is secure in your life?] You are merely a vapor [like a puff of smoke or a wisp of steam from a cooking pot] that is visible for a little while and then vanishes [into thin air]. 15 Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and we will do this or that.”
