KINDNESS

Kindness is one of the first and most basic things that you must learn when relating to others. What person does not want to be shown kindness, especially when undeserved? It's the little things, they say, and it is true. You do notice the extra attention when it is shown towards you. Think of the high end establishments; they invest their time and dollars into doing everything with excellence, over and above their competition.

Should not My people be the ones who are exhibiting kindness, going over and above in everything they do? For this world is longing for a demonstration of My love, not just talk. They are tired of hearing words without seeing action. So many of My people are too busy looking out for themselves and their own interests. This is not My Kingdom way. Have I not said, seek first the Kingdom of God and doing things My way? For when you do, you are modeling My kindness. It is My kindness that leads you to repentance. Therefore, be kind and show others the way to a kind and merciful God.

Proverbs 3:3-4 Amplified Bible (AMP)

3 Do not let mercy and kindness and truth leave

you [instead let these qualities define you];

Bind them [securely] around your neck,

Write them on the tablet of your heart.

4 So find favor and high esteem

In the sight of God and man.

Hosea 12:6 Amplified Bible (AMP)

Therefore, return [in repentance] to your God,

Observe and highly regard kindness and justice,

And wait [expectantly] for your God continually.

Micah 6:8 Amplified Bible (AMP)

He has told you, O man, what is good;

And what does the Lord require of you

Except to be just, and to love [and to

diligently practice] kindness (compassion),

And to walk humbly with your God [setting

aside any overblown sense of importance

or self-righteousness]?

Zechariah 7:8-10 Amplified Bible (AMP)

8 Then the word of the Lord came to Zechariah, saying, 9 “Thus has the Lord of hosts said, ‘Dispense true justice and practice kindness and compassion, to each other; 10 and do not oppress or exploit the widow or the fatherless, the stranger or the poor; and do not devise or even imagine evil in your hearts against one another.’
