Learn to rest and quit striving so much. Quit trying to fix yourself. I am your Healer! Yes, you have your part to do. I cannot do it for you. Your flesh wants to give up. It will do everything in it's power to preserve itself, but it must be crucified. Whenever you feel these negative emotions, just remember that is not the real you, but your flesh rising up again.
I understand the battle, and I am not standing in judgment of you. I am standing up and cheering you on to victory! I smile at each step you make, every admittance of your inability to do this on your own. The goal is total and utter dependence on My Spirit. You really cannot do this on your own, nor were you meant to be able to. Though you will walk with a "limp", it is just a reminder of the battle and how you overcame.
Continue to fight the good fight. Do not lay your weapons down, for the enemy is raging about, longing to destroy My own. I am the Lion of the tribe of Judah. I will annihilate the enemy of your soul, for surely I go before you and surround you with songs of deliverance.
