DRAW NEAR TO ME

You can seek to know My works or you can seek to know My ways like Moses. You can turn aside to the burning bush, take a risk and come close, or you can rely on other's experiences. Wouldn't you prefer to have your own encounters with the living God? Moses, and all others who have dared to come near, were not rebuked for coming close. Instead, they were celebrated because they truly believed that I was holy and good.

They were willing to risk their lives to see Me. Are you willing to come close? I have said to come boldly before My throne of grace. I have provided free and easy access to My throne. It cost My Son his very life so that you could come close.

So few of My children really believe this is true and remain at a distance. Draw near to Me and I will draw near to you. I am looking for those that truly believe that I am good. For surely I am a rewarder of those that seek Me.

Exodus 3:2-4 New Living Translation (NLT)

2 There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a blazing fire from the middle of a bush. Moses stared in amazement. Though the bush was engulfed in flames, it didn’t burn up. 3 “This is amazing,” Moses said to himself. “Why isn’t that bush burning up? I must go see it.” 4 When the Lord saw Moses coming to take a closer look, God called to him from the middle of the bush, “Moses! Moses!” “Here I am!” Moses replied.

Exodus 20:18-21Amplified Bible (AMP)

18 Now all the people witnessed the thunder and the flashes of lightning and the sound of the trumpet and the smoking mountain; and as they looked, the people were afraid, and they trembled [and moved backward] and stood at a [safe] distance. 19 Then they said to Moses, “You speak to us and we will listen, but do not let God speak to us or we will die.” 20 Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid; for God has come in order to test you, and in order that the fear of Him [that is, a profound reverence for Him] will remain with you, so that you do not sin.” 21 So the people stood at a [safe] distance, but Moses approached the thick cloud where God was.
