DO NOT SHRINK BACK

I am a good Father! I have always wanted the best for you, My warrior! I have only good gifts for you. My truth is your shield and buckler. Never return to the lies of the enemy, for he is bent on your destruction. Although I did not want evil things to take place in your life, I will use everything for My glory.

You have become strong and are a formidable force to be reckoned with because I have risen up on the inside of you. Your identity is in Me alone. You have learned not to trust yourself to any man's opinion and you have learned humility through servanthood. You now realize that there is greatness inside of you because the great I AM lives in you.

Do not shrink back because surely you will do great exploits for the Kingdom. Refuse to judge what this means by man's standards, for My Kingdom is upside down, and the things that I require of you will not make sense to the religious mind.

As you have read in the accounts in My Word, I often asked My people and My prophets to do things that appeared foolish to those around them. Even Peter rebuked Jesus because he lacked revelation due to his carnal reasoning. Therefore, trust Me. Follow Me wholeheartedly and in radical obedience. You are a forerunner and you will always seem out of step to those behind you. Refuse to be moved and forge ahead with the mindset of a victor, for surely you are a conqueror! I will give you the land, and indeed, it will reap a great harvest of the fruit of righteousness, peace and joy!

Psalm 91:4 Evangelical Heritage Version (EHV)

With his feathers he will cover you, and under his wings you will find refuge. His truth will be your shield and armor.

Mark 8:31-33 The Passion Translation (TPT)

31 From then on, Jesus began to tell his disciples that he, the Son of Man, was destined to go to Jerusalem and suffer great injustice from the elders, leading priests, and religious scholars. He also explained that he would be killed and three days later be raised to life again. 32 Jesus opened his heart and spoke freely with his disciples, explaining all these things to them. Then Peter took him aside and rebuked him. 33 But Jesus turned around, and glancing at all of the other disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, “Get out of my sight, Satan! For your heart is not set on God’s plan but man’s!”

Romans 14:17 Worldwide English (New Testament) (WE)

The kingdom of God is not about what a person eats and drinks. But it is about living in a way which is right with God. It is peace. It is joy because a person has the Holy Spirit.
