ADOPTION HAS ITS PRIVILEGES

You are not an orphan—far from it! You are My child, and I love you with an everlasting love! Nothing can separate you from My love! Your performance, your looks, your intelligence, your age, your gender, or your social class are nothing in My sight! I see you as a mighty warrior sent to fulfill a destiny that I prepared for you before the world was even created. You are not who others say you are. You are not your behaviors; past, present or future.

You are an adopted child, and I love you and see you just like I see My Son, Jesus! You are perfect in My sight because the blood of Jesus covers you from head to toe! You can never do enough, or be enough in the flesh, so give up trying to be perfect in the natural, once and for all. Rest in My love for you. Chase fear away by using the authority I have given you. This will build your confidence and fear will have to go. I love you, I love you, I love you! That's the simple truth! Believe it! Receive it! Anything less is unbelief.

Ephesians 1:3-8 Living Bible (TLB)

3 How we praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every blessing in heaven because we belong to Christ.

4 Long ago, even before he made the world, God chose us to be his very own through what Christ would do for us; he decided then to make us holy in his eyes, without a single fault—we who stand before him covered with his love. 5 His unchanging plan has always been to adopt us into his own family by sending Jesus Christ to die for us. And he did this because he wanted to!

6 Now all praise to God for his wonderful kindness to us and his favor that he has poured out upon us because we belong to his dearly loved Son. 7 So overflowing is his kindness toward us that he took away all our sins through the blood of his Son, by whom we are saved; 8 and he has showered down upon us the richness of his grace—for how well he understands us and knows what is best for us at all times.
